If You Can't See the Services You Expect to See
If you can't see the services you expect to see in the Service Portal:
- Check the banner to see who you're signed in as, and whether you're signed in to the right organization:
- You may have more than one Service Portal role, or you may be a member of more than one organization. Try switching to another view in the Views menu.
Or, if you have permission to view all services for an organization, you can switch to the All Services view.
- If you clicked a VM link in a report and the VM details aren't displayed in the Service Portal, you likely don't have permission to view this VM. Talk to your administrator.
