Use the VM Inventory Report for audit purposes; all events and tasks for the time period specified for the VM are included in the report. You can also use the VM Inventory Report as a tool to assist you when you troubleshoot the VM. For example, information in the report can be sent to the help desk or added to tickets.

All of the details about an individual VM, including overview information, ownership, guest operating system details, custom attributes, events, tasks, files, network adaptors and lineage, are displayed for the period of time that was specified when the report was generated. Examples from a report are shown below.
